Set up a regular payment to enable one in ten pupils to receive free education, the better chance bursary appeal comprises a set of different funds, each of which contribute to the gifts and grants awarded. Through our bursary support scheme, currently solely funded through school income, we are able to give talented children the opportunity to achieve their potential and provide financial assistance to 1 in 5 Senior School students each year. However, every year we receive more applications for bursary places than we can offer. Our aim is to be able to extend this further and offer more bursaries to children for whom a Bridgewater School education is a life-changing opportunity.
