First Ecology are seeking a Sales Board Director. We are looking for someone with an interest in and knowledge of environmental issues, particularly someone with business development/commercial income generation experience. The Director role is non-executive with their primary role being to help the management develop the business through advice and mentoring and ensure the company operates within relevant legal, commercial and ethical standards.

As a subsidiary of SWT, but operating independently, the Director(s) should be aware of potential conflicts of interest and protect the reputation of SWT, as well as nurturing the operating independence of SWT(Sales) Ltd.

We’re looking for someone who can work with a small team, both formally and informally, building trust and earning respect of key staff and fellow directors. You will be able to contribute and lead where required and have a genuine belief in conservation of the environment. Also, a commitment to the time required is necessary.
